Of course there can be times when we are not feeling fully motivated.
Here are some ideas to get your motivation back to it’s top.
- try staying away from substances which over stimulate your mind
- reduce your work load
- visualize where you want to go, having future plans will help you feel more motivated
- have a perfect day or week plan
- maintain good belief systems, bin negative thoughts about yourself and be kind to yourself
- try meditation
- say prayers or be spiritual
- spend time in nature
- listen to wonderful music, sing or dance
- join a mastermind, a group of experts who can coach and guide you in any challenging life situation
- get a coach
- join a self improvement retreat
- reminisce over memories
- be more social, say yes to more invitations
- bring new people into your life
- practice writing a gratitude journal
- get down to the library and find something that interests you
- contribute to others or volunteer.
- take a break from television and your phone
- most of all do something you love
